Both plans include a TiviMate 5.3.3 app rebrand with your branding. Standard includes a DNS-management-only admin panel. Premium adds the remote device, playlist, app settings and management features listed above. This is a custom rebranding service.
Does the app include channels, movies or subscriptions?
No content included. The app does not provide TV channels, movies, series, playlists, or subscriptions. Customers must supply their own content or service.
Will customers need to log in again after a DNS change?
For playlists linked to a managed provider, an address change syncs to connected devices while retaining the assigned login details. Customers do not need to re-enter those details simply because you change that provider’s DNS. The provider account must still be valid.
How does MAC-based setup work?
The customer shares the MAC/ID displayed in the app. With the Premium panel, you can use that identifier to assign playlists and login details remotely. Changes apply as the connected app syncs with the panel.
What is the difference between Managed and Flexible modes?
Managed mode keeps playlist credentials controlled through the panel. Flexible mode allows customer changes. Premium lets you choose the approach that fits the device or assignment.
Do remote changes apply to offline devices?
Remote changes apply when the app connects and syncs. Device and playlist overrides take priority over global defaults. Announcements also follow their delivery deadline.
